Caching

The system provides both dynamic and policy caching facilities, which dramatically speed up access to web content. The content management system allows users to index, share and retrieve web and multimedia content easily and quickly.

Content Filtering

Users can be protected from inappropriate content on the Internet. A content filter allows administrators to set and enforce the standard of what is and what is not appropriate material. The system provides Proxy or "allow only" lists, and URL "Web Blocking", while simultaneously connecting to existing government filter services if required.

Redundant System

Multiple hard drives are provided so that in the unlikely event the primary drive is lost, operations will immediately resume on the back-up system.

Power Failure Protection

An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) provides continuous power in the event of a power failure, enabling the server to shut down safely. When power is restored, the server automatically restarts to resume normal operations.

Remote Monitoring

The system is remotely monitored via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for hardware and software performance.
